Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting tools.
• Experience recruiting hard-to-fill or specialized roles.
• Knowledge of recruiting processes, compensation, and offer management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organization, project management, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define staffing needs and recruiting strategies.
• Develop sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates.
• Utilize direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, databases, and external research.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, attributes, and fit.
• Recruit for hard-to-fill and specialized positions.
• Provide market intelligence and recruiting recommendations to leaders.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout process.
• Manage the offer process including salary recommendations and negotiations.
• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain ATS data accuracy.
• Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Manage multiple openings and priorities with strong follow-through.
