Daimler Truck North America is seeking an HR Generalist at the Bridgeport distribution center in Swedesboro, NJ. You will support recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include resolving employee questions, assisting with investigations, preparing separation notices, and helping implement HR policies. Strong HR foundation and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field; 2–4 years HR experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of HR policies and applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; basic AI-enabled tool familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Answer employee HR questions and connect employees with resources during daily huddles and meetings.
• Support HR management with employee relations concerns and internal investigations.
• Prepare separation notices and related documentation for hourly employees.
• Help develop site-level HR policies, procedures and compliance.
