Job summary

Women's Healthcare Associates, LLC is seeking an HR Specialist to support the full employee life cycle in a fast-paced, values-driven environment. The hybrid role blends strategic thinking with day-to-day execution and in-office days are at the Administrative Office.

You will partner across Recruiting, LOA and Employee Relations, advancing our culture of teamwork, integrity and belonging while ensuring compliant and compassionate HR practices.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of HR experience in a generalist or multi-function role.
• Direct experience managing leaves of absence and/or accommodations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in compensation programs and processes.
• Proactive, organized and detail-oriented with big-picture mindset.
• Excellent communicator with relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment across HR functions.
• Passion for DEIB and a respectful, equitable workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on HR support across key HR functions with focus on recruiting, talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Leaves of Absence: consults with employees and managers on leaves and accommodations; manages LOA processes.
• Talent Acquisition: screen applications and resumes; coordinates phone/virtual/in-person interviews; ensure candidate experience.
• Employee Relations: resolve conflicts, support performance management, promote effective communication.
• Review and refine HR processes to align with company goals and enhance the employee experience; support engagement and culture.
