Job summary

Marin Campus is actively seeking an HR Generalist II to provide advanced, client-centered HR support across employee relations, policy interpretation, and workforce development.

Reporting to HR leadership, you will address complex workplace issues, ensure compliance with laws and university policies, and support performance management and training initiatives in a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organizational development, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive professional HR experience including relations and compliance.
• Experience handling complex and sensitive workplace issues.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement HR strategies, programs, processes, and policies across departments.
• Provide day-to-day HR administration with discretion and triage inquiries.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, and retention.
• Conduct workplace reviews/investigations with proper documentation.
• Partner with recruitment, leaves, benefits, payroll, and other HR functions.
