Responsibilities

• Support leaders and employees by interpreting company policies and benefits.
• Maintain HRIS processes and assist in developing department goals and systems.
• Coordinate employee communications, training, and orientation activities.
• Contribute to audits, staffing coordination, and compliance with federal/state regulations.
