Job summary

New Hope Treatment Centers is seeking an HR Generalist II to support workers’ compensation, leave of absence, employee relations, and HR compliance. The role collaborates with employees, leaders, providers, insurers, and external agencies to ensure accurate documentation and policy application while maintaining confidentiality.

Under the EE&T Risk & HR Operations supervisor, you will assist with investigations, coordinate leave and accommodations, and contribute to ongoing compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Understanding of HR policies and employment laws.
• Experience handling employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Proficiency with HRIS and related HR software.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports employee relations processes and documentation with confidentiality.
• Assists with workplace investigations and fact-finding activities.
• Coordinates leave, accommodations, and return-to-work processes.
• Maintains HR records, OSHA/regulated documentation, and compliance reporting.
• Supports workers’ compensation, FMLA, ADA, and other compliance programs.
• Prepares reports for HR leadership and participates in compliance initiatives.
