Job summary

Dynamic Aviation is seeking an entry-level Human Resources Generalist I to support recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits compliance, and engagement initiatives. This onsite role in Bridgewater, VA, follows a Monday–Friday schedule with standard core hours and occasional after-hours coverage.

The position emphasizes accurate HR administration, adherence to federal/state requirements, and collaboration with leadership to improve workforce processes and engagement.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience supporting audits or recordkeeping processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer-related support, and onboarding.
• Coordinate new hire orientation room setup and logistics.
• Assist with onboarding preparation and maintain onboarding documentation.
• Support job fairs and recruiting events as needed.
• Monitor employment law updates and compliance deadlines across applicable states and elevate changes to HR leadership.
• Maintain compliant employee records and ensure secure destruction per retention schedules.
• Assist with planning and executing employee engagement events and surveys.
