Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with personnel transactions, payroll, and Graduate Assistant appointments preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support for multiple academic departments including payroll and personnel actions.
• Process personnel transactions and Letters of Appointment for Graduate Assistants, Fellows, OPS, and Student Assistants.
• Coordinate separations, maintain personnel records, and support biweekly payroll and time administration.
• Guide departments on HR and payroll processes and ensure policy compliance.
