Qualifications

• Proficient with UKG HRIS and related modules.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership to support onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities including orientation, documentation, and stakeholder introductions.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
• Support internship and early career programs as HR contact for participants and partners.
• Assist in implementing HR programs to boost satisfaction, retention and culture.
• Analyze workforce metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate to develop programs strengthening employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Coordinate employee events, recognitions, team-building, and company gatherings.
• Assist in budgeting for engagement and culture initiatives.
• Administer surveys, analyze results, and help create action plans.
• Create reports and dashboards to measure engagement program effectiveness.
