Touchstone Communities’ The Heights of Atascosa in Pleasanton, TX is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner/Generalist to own the employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition to payroll and compliance—supporting Residents, Patients, and Veterans.

You’ll lead high‑volume recruiting, manage on‑site HR operations, and partner with leadership to build a compliant, engagement‑driven workplace culture that aligns with Touchstone’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in healthcare or skilled nursing HR is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting for clinical and non‑clinical roles.
• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations and on‑site employee support.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment laws and maintain HRIS data.
