Job summary

Touchstone Communities is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner/Generalist for The Heights of Atascosa in Pleasanton, TX. You will own the employee lifecycle from talent acquisition and onboarding to compliance, payroll, and employee relations, supporting Residents, Patients, and Veterans.

This hands-on, on-site role requires 3+ years HR Generalist experience with a focus on recruiting and HR operations in healthcare.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience in healthcare or skilled nursing preferred.
• Experience with full-cycle, high-volume recruiting.
• Strong HR compliance, payroll support, employee relations and HRIS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and staffing challenges.
• Ensure a welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
• Serve as the primary on-site HR resource and manage day-to-day HR operations.
• Support payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy.
• Promote engagement, accountability, and trust across the community.
• Provide guidance to leaders and team members while maintaining confidentiality.
