Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, with recruiting/HR operations focus.
• Solid knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, payroll support and HRIS.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Manage onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success.
