Touchstone Communities is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner/Generalist for The Heights of Atascosa in Pleasanton, TX. This role owns the employee lifecycle from talent acquisition to payroll and compliance, supporting Residents, Patients, and Veterans with a service-first HR operation.

The role combines hands-on HR responsibilities with strategic partnership to leadership, focusing on recruiting, compliance, and employee relations to foster a engaged, high-quality workforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience in healthcare or skilled nursing preferred.
• Proven success in full-cycle, high-volume recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, employee relations, payroll support, and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles—from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide on-site support to employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment laws, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data with strong attention to detail.
• Support payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy.
