The position offers a daytime schedule (8am–5pm, Mon–Fri) with a pay range of $70,000–$75,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail or distribution.
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personnel records and HRIS systems (ProWatch, Oracle, Kronos).
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Conduct exit interviews and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Identify training needs and develop programs to support associate growth and development.
• Recruit hourly talent to staff the facility and partner with leadership to meet HR needs.
• Administer performance management processes and new-hire orientations.
