Qualifications

• Experience in HR, office admin, recruiting or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Understanding of employment practices and applicable employment laws.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional interaction at all levels.
• Ability to interact professionally with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HR disciplines, safety practices, OSHA regs or HR systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting, onboarding, job postings, screening, background checks, offers.
• Assist benefits administration and HR processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and confidential information.
• Support employee communications, training and HR projects.
• Promote safety training and investigations; maintain safety records.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
• Continue developing HR knowledge through training and professional resources.
• Provide admin support to HR team.
