Job summary

Acutec Precision Aerospace, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage all human resources activities, advise on policies, and support employee engagement in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Responsibilities include recruitment, salary structuring, benefits administration, training development, and policy improvements. A bachelor’s degree with 3–5 HR years, or a HR-related BA with 2 years, or 7 years HR experience, is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of HR experience.
  • Alternatively, a bachelor’s in HR Management with 2 years HR experience.
  • 7 years HR experience in a similar role may substitute education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all HR activities including employment, compensation, benefits, and training.
  • Interview applicants; review resumes and evaluate qualifications.
  • Develop relationships with universities, trade schools, and other recruitment sources.
  • Prepare salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems.
  • Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses.
  • Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Coordinate the resolution of policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain HR databases, software systems, and filing systems.
  • Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
