Inceed, L.L.C. in Dallas, TX, is partnering with a client to hire an HR Generalist who will own day-to-day HR operations, from onboarding to offboarding, benefits support, and compliance.

You will support a large hourly workforce and help improve HR processes while delivering a positive employee experience. Key duties include recruiting support, onboarding, changes and communications, HRIS maintenance, training planning, audits, and HR process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of human resources experience.
• Multi-state HR experience.
• Experience supporting a large hourly employee population.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using ADP Workforce Now.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsabilités

• Support recruiting, onboarding, and new hire paperwork processes.
• Manage employment changes and related employee communications.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and leave administration support.
• Coordinate HR compliance activities, including I-9 and E-Verify.
• Maintain HRIS records, files, and department data.
• Support offboarding documentation and internal transitions.
• Help plan training, engagement, and employee recognition events.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and HR process improvements.
