Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across assigned departments in a fast-paced casino environment. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, employee relations, and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Starting salary is $60,000 per year based on experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. The role emphasizes building a positive workplace culture and providing high-quality HR services to team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, interviews, hiring documentation, and new hire orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, including reporting and personnel changes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, supporting inquiries, investigations, and workplace culture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, attendance tracking, audits, and I-9 verification processes.
• Support performance management and development through training tracking and documentation of employee performance discussions.
• Administer HR processes related to pay, benefits, status changes, and annual enrollment activities.
• Drive employee engagement by communicating updates, supporting recognition programs, and gathering feedback.
• Coordinate separation and offboarding processes, including exit interviews, final pay guidance, and system updates.
