Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years HR generalist or HR specialist experience.
• Associate's degree with 4+ years HR experience; High School diploma with 6+ years HR experience.
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding activities for new hires and ensure compliant processes.
• Coordinate employee exit processes and maintain HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and data for programs and decisions.
• Ensure HR processes align with policies, laws, and regulations.
• Provide day-to-day guidance on employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Support recruitment activities with job requisitions and hiring workflows.
• Assist HR and payroll system inquiries and centralized HR activities.
• Maintain accurate data in HR systems and databases.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition.
