Jushi Holdings Inc. in Manassas, VA is seeking an HR Generalist to align business objectives with employees and management, supporting onboarding, recruitment, and employee relations.

The role conducts investigations into harassment and other issues, partners with legal, and delivers HR programs and policies to drive compliance and business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Strong communication skills in-person, on the phone, and written.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting and onboarding tasks including reference checks, interviews, and new-hire paperwork.
• Provide full lifecycle HR support: offers, requisitions, and candidate management.
• Document HR activities and prepare reports on staffing, training, grievances, and evaluations.
• Investigate employee issues and facilitate conflict resolution between employees.
• Coach managers on employee relations and performance management guidance.
• Analyze time card audits, turnover, and progressive discipline data.
