Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting HR functions.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Strong communication skills in-person, on the phone, and written.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting and onboarding tasks (reference checks, interviews, new-hire paperwork).
• Provide full life-cycle HR support (offers, requisitions, candidate management).
• Process documentation and generate HR reports (staffing, training, turnover).
• Investigate employee issues and support conflict resolution.
• Provide coaching to managers on employee relations issues.
• Perform timecard audits, turnover analysis, and progressive discipline.
• Analyze HR metrics with the HR team to improve programs and policies.
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance.
