Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Three years experience in Human Resources, with management experience.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with clearance to drive through TSA insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the local HR Generalist, overseeing HR functions per Divisional policies.
• Oversees recruitment and hiring processes with Divisional HR coordination.
• Ensures consistent onboarding for all new hires (orientation, systems access, policy acknowledgement).
• Guides supervisors on hiring practices, performance management and workplace concerns.
• Coordinates escalated employee matters with Divisional HR and investigations as needed.
• Processes status changes including promotions, transfers, wage adjustments, and terminations.
• Assists with leaves of absence (FMLA and personal leaves).
• Supports benefits communications and open enrollment with Divisional HR.
• Provides training and local HR procedures for managers to ensure compliance.
• Conducts exit interviews and shares feedback with Divisional HR.
• Ensures timely reporting of work-related injuries to appropriate HR.

Education

Bachelor's in HR or related field

Three years in HR, with management experience
