JOB SUMMARY: The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the full scope of human resources functions at A-TEC Ambulance, Inc., including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, maintaining employee records & benefits administration. This role ensures workforce readiness and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced EMS environment while promoting a positive and professional workplace culture for current and future employees.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Experience:
