Job summary

Great Dane is seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership and drive HR strategy aligned with business goals. You will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development on the plant floor.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, leadership development, compliance, and culture-building to improve safety, engagement, and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to Plant Manager and leadership on HR matters.
• Align HR initiatives to plant objectives, labor and safety goals.
• Lead workforce planning and succession planning efforts.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire, onboard, and retain talent.
• Coach leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Maintain HR metrics and ensure regulatory compliance.
