Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will handle employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, performance management, and HR compliance while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, conducting investigations, processing leave, and assisting on payroll inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; additional related work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• SHRM/PHR certified preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting hourly manufacturing employees.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding and leave administration.
• Experience with employee investigations and corrective actions.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and new-hire paperwork for hourly and salaried staff.
• Administer benefits, attendance, leave, and payroll-related inquiries.
• Maintain HRIS records and confidential personnel files.
• Support safety culture and 24/7/shift-based operations as needed.
• Back up HR Coordinator/Manager duties as required.
