Job summary

Swisher's Drew Estate unit seeks an HR Generalist to serve as a key on-site HR partner, ensuring effective HR processes and responsive support for employees and managers. You will work with the COE to align programs with corporate objectives and maintain compliance across the workforce.

The role requires strong HR fundamentals, the ability to act as an executor and trusted resource, and a commitment to a positive employee experience within a U.S. operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• 5–7 years of HR experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
• Maintain employee records, including I-9 verification and compliance documentation.
• Partner with frontline leaders to address employee concerns and support day-to-day people decisions.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies.
• Support HRIS processes, reporting, and system updates.
