Job summary

Drew Estate seeks an on-site HR Generalist in Florida to serve as a key HR partner. You will execute core HR processes, support employee relations, and ensure timely issue resolution for employees and managers.

You will collaborate with the HR COE and ensure compliance with employment laws while tailoring programs to Drew Estate’s needs. Strong HR fundamentals and a commitment to a positive employee experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5-7 years of HR experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse groups.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to managers on HR policies and employee relations.
• Maintain employee records and compliance documentation (I-9, etc.).
• Partner with leaders to address employee concerns and day-to-day people decisions.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain HR data integrity and support reporting (EEO-1, AAP).
• Support HRIS processes and system updates.
• Assist in safety compliance and incident investigations.
