Key duties include providing field HR support, advising on policies, handling employee relations and investigations, and assisting with talent acquisition and onboarding. You will also manage records and ensure DOT and employment-law compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of HR experience with solid knowledge of employment law (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Proficient with HRIS systems, Google Workspace, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to assigned plants and personnel, field 30-40% of the time.
• Advise on policies, procedures, and required documentation.
• Partner with leaders on employee relations, coaching, performance management, and investigations.
• Assist with talent acquisition, onboarding, and open enrollment as needed.
• Maintain confidential employee records and compliance with laws including DOT regulations.
