Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an HR Coordinator/Generalist to support HR Managers with employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and compliance across multiple locations. The role requires handling sensitive cases, maintaining accurate records, and advising management on HR practices.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 3–4 years' experience, and knowledge of FMLA/CFRA/ADA. Proficiency with Oracle HRM and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 3-4 years working in an HR coordination role supporting non-union and union workforce.
• Understanding of state and federal employment laws (FMLA, CFRA, ADA, FSLA) grievances and labor relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Google Workspace; ability to learn HRIS and other online applications.
• SHRM CP certification.
• Multi location support experience.
• Experience with Oracle HRM as an HRIS.
• Experience with surge onboarding, supporting hundreds of new hires in a union environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a high volume of employee relations cases from intake through resolution.
• Prepare and review employee relations documentation and investigations.
• Conduct workplace investigations with interviews and findings.
• Maintain confidential case documentation and track trends across locations.
• Advise managers and HR leadership on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Assist with background checks and HR processes including documentation updates.
• Provide training to new managers on HR processes and procedures.
• Support compliance training and HR program development.
