Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, related field or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
• Experience advising on employee relations and investigations.
• Familiarity with wage and hour regulations and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Administer Spectrum policies consistently and communicate changes.
• Advise employees on workplace conflicts, performance matters and disputes.
• Oversee leaves of absence, accommodations, and workers’ compensation processes.
• Lead benefits enrollment meetings and training on policies and benefits.
• Maintain HRIS and payroll entries; conduct audits and ensure compliance.
• Support bonus plans, merit processes, and HR budgeting initiatives.
