Job summary

BonaDent Dental Laboratories is seeking an HR Generalist focused on employee relations and site support across multiple locations. You will manage investigations, support onboarding, and handle safety administration to ensure fair, timely people decisions that protect the business.

You will partner with site leaders and supervisors, with occasional travel to satellite locations for investigations and site support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, preferably with a related degree.
• Experience using HRIS to streamline processes, maintain data integrity, and support reporting; Paylocity is a plus.
• Experience supporting HR in manufacturing or production environments preferred.
• Willingness to travel to satellite locations for investigations and site support.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations casework including intake, investigations, documentation, and policy-aligned recommendations.
• Own onboarding execution readiness for assigned sites with schedules and manager coordination.
• Oversee HR-side safety administration, incident tracking, follow-up coordination, and reporting support.
• Support policy rollout, manager education, and adherence monitoring across locations.
• Coordinate with HR Operations on reporting inputs (EEO, OSHA) and maintain documentation.
