Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
