Job summary

Fox Factory is seeking a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) to manage day-to-day HR operations and provide cross-functional support across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and development initiatives. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

The HRG will partner with teams to implement effective HR programs, contribute to a positive workplace, and support ongoing talent development and policy implementation.
