Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws for remote and onsite workers.
• Experience with HRIS, benefits administration, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and integrate employees, and manage HR policies and benefits.
• Maintain compliance with federal, multi-state, and local laws; manage records.
• Support HRIS/Payroll (ADP Workforce Now) and payroll processes.
• Coordinate benefits open enrollment and monthly invoices reconciliation.
• Handle offboarding, exit interviews, and unemployment claims.
• Assist with HR data reporting and analytics for process improvements.
• Keep HR policies updated and provide training support as needed.
• Promote company values and employee engagement across a global team.
