Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR role.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and employee relations principles.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR programs, policies, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee HR questions and requests.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Support recruitment activities, including postings and interviews.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding experience.
• Partner with leaders to address workplace concerns and relations.
• Prepare reports and contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
