Qualifikationen

• Experience with Workday preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to organize multiple activities which require close attention to detail.
• Critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to appropriately manage confidential and sensitive information.
• Excellent Presentation and Public Speaking skills.
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate sourcing, hiring and tracking for TRES US Business Unit. Must be able to travel up to 50%.
• Follow up with new hires on their employee experience.
• Implementing measures to increase employee morale, motivation and satisfaction, while reducing turnover.
• Coordinate probationary performance evaluations.
• This role is responsible for recruiting candidates to direct roles through external recruitment events, interviewing, and selection processes.
