Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and selection: oversees recruitment for assigned customer groups and coordinates postings, interviews and references.
• On-boarding: handles new hire paperwork, background checks, drug screens, orientations and transition into the unit.
• HR Policy Administration: supports policy documentation and implementation for operational units.
• Employee Relations: provides guidance to management on HR issues and employment law matters.
