Job summary

Fresh Express is seeking an HR Generalist to support people strategies and partner with management on HR programs. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, policy administration, and employee relations to drive organizational goals.

Minimum 3–5 years in HR, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with HRIS (Workday preferred) and MS Office are required. This on-site role provides hands-on HR support across client groups.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HR generalist experience in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, benefits and HRIS operations.
• Experience advising management and employees on HR issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and selection for assigned client groups.
• Support onboarding, background checks and new hire orientations.
• Administer HR policies and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and labor issues.
