Responsibilities

• Administers HR plans and procedures for personnel at a location.
• Assists in developing and implementing personnel policies.
• Supports department goals and systems at the local branch level.
• Monitors and revises performance evaluation programs.
• Conducts recruitment for exempt, nonexempt, students, and temporary staff.
• Leads new-employee orientations.
• Assists with benefits meetings and enrollments.
• Assists with employee relations.
• Participates in staff meetings and related seminars.
• Evaluates reports and suggests improvements to policies and procedures.
• Coordinates with Corporate HR to ensure legal compliance.
