SFE- Southwest Foodservice Excellence is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support day‑to‑day HR operations in Scottsdale. You will manage onboarding, employee data, and compliance while coordinating leaves, background checks, and HR documentation. The role reports to the Sr.

Director of Human Resources and involves cross‑functional collaboration to align HR processes with policy and business goals. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of HR experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–4 years HR experience across lifecycle, compliance, HRIS, or employee relations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
• Experience maintaining HR records and HR data accuracy.
• Ability to generate HR reports and workforce metrics.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR operations including unemployment claims, verifications, and documentation.
• Maintain and audit employee data in ADP Workforce Now for accuracy.
• Oversee onboarding, account openings, transfers, promotions, terminations, and exits.
• Coordinate LOA administration, background checks, policy distribution, and compliance.
• Handle employee relations documentation for investigations, PIPs, and actions.
• Prepare HR reports on census, workforce metrics, and compliance.
• Assist audits, process improvements, and system updates.
