Job summary

Aramark is seeking an HR Generalist Coordinator I to provide general HR support to units in the manager's absence, lead and train line managers, and promote consistent application of HR policies and programs across the organization.

You will help create internal HR processes, maintain compliance with employment laws, assist in recruiting and payroll processing, and address employee concerns with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in office setting and administrative functions; HR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of EEO laws and general HR policies.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to listen to employee concerns and have outstanding analytical problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement internal HR processes and procedures within ARAMARK guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and advise innovative employee motivation and morale programs.
• Responsible for day-to-day HR functions including recruiting, staffing, hiring, training, development, coaching, incentives, and disciplinary procedures.
• Assist in processing payroll.
