US Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Contractor to provide immediate support to the Human Resources function during a period of significant organizational growth. The primary focus of this role will be supporting Talent Acquisition activities and onboarding, with contributions across the employee lifecycle, HR operations, data management, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment administration activities; including creating requisitions and offers and coordinating candidates
• Screen resumes to help identify qualified candidates in partnership with the TA team and hiring managers
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics across multiple stakeholders, as needed
• Conduct HR interviews
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process
• Track recruiting metrics, candidate activity, and hiring progress
• Support offer preparation, pre-employment processes, and new hire readiness activities
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless new hire experience
• Support onboarding documentation, orientation and new hire communications
• Partner with managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful employee integration
• Support offboarding activities, including exit interviews, documentation, system coordination, and employee communications
• Identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience across key touchpoints in the employee lifecycle
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and programs that support organizational culture
• Support employee record maintenance and data validation
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports, analytics, dashboards, and workforce metrics, as system access permits
• Monitor and assist with HR process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
• Serve as an initial point of contact for employee HR questions and requests
• Provide timely, professional, and accurate responses or route inquiries appropriately
• Provide support for ongoing, upcoming, and year-end HR initiatives and projects
• Provide temporary coverage and operational support during periods of increased demand, team transitions, or resource gaps
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve overall service delivery
