Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR management, with supervision experience
• Experience with employment laws and regulations in multiple states is a plus
• Experience coordinating recruitment and workforce planning in a corporate setting

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
• Investigate problems such as working conditions, disciplinary actions, and appeals.
• Provide guidance for problem resolution to department officials and individuals.
• Oversee performance management including reviews and CMPs, with leaders.
• Work with leaders to create and maintain workforce staffing plans.
• Coordinate recruiting to hire diverse, skilled associates and manage turnover.
• Formulate and recommend goals for employee relations.
• Develop and administer the labor relations portion of HR programs.
• Develop or oversee compensation policies and programs.
• Provide guidance on compensation strategy and communication to associates.
• Provide direction to all HR functions and policies.
