Job summary

Xtant Medical Holdings Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, leave administration, policy dissemination, recognition programs, and engagement activities.

The role reports to the HR Manager, interacts with employees across departments and with external contacts, and emphasizes compliance with federal and state laws, GDP, and safety standards while maintaining high confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced office setting.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Administer pay, benefits and leave, and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Coordinate employee engagement events and LMS training as needed.
• Communicate company policies and maintain confidentiality.
