Job summary

Xtant Medical in Belgrade, MT is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and HR policy administration. You will handle data entry, employee records, and engage with employees across departments.

This role reports to the Human Resources Manager and requires strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of applicable employment laws. The position offers full-time, on-site work with opportunities to contribute to safety and compliance

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR principles and practices.
• SHRM or HRCI certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of industry standards and regulations applicable to HR.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and leave, and HR policies.
• Coordinate engagement events and employee recognition programs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager and other departments to provide cross-functional support.
