Trident Technical College is seeking an HR Generalist to support the TTC Boeing Project with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and compliance activities. The role reports to the Associate Vice President for Human Resources and collaborates with program managers and the TTC HR team to promote a positive work environment.

The position is time-limited and requires a degree in HR or related field (or an associate degree with experience).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or an associate degree with relevant work experience.
• SHRM Certification preferred.
• 3-5 years HR generalist experience.
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, policies, and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR support for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Coordinate with TTC HR team and program managers to ensure consistent policy application.
• Serve as liaison between department and HR office for effective communication.
• Maintain confidential records and documentation.
• Assist with HR projects, audits, and process improvements.
