• Broad knowledge of HR practices across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Experience handling HR records, audits, and employment documentation with confidentiality.
• Experience using HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems; Paylocity experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers on policies and employment matters.
• Partner with managers on employee relations matters, investigations, and follow-up actions.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, leave, accommodations, and staff development.
