Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive HR experience with broad Generalist responsibilities.
• Experience in employee relations, compliance, performance management, and records management.
• Experience in high-volume operations or distribution/logistics environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers on policies, performance, leave, and benefits.
• Partner with managers on employee relations, investigations, and follow-up actions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development activities.
• Administer leave, accommodations, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work processes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential HR records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
