Responsibilities

• Prepare state/city board security applications daily; coordinate licensing with supervisors.
• Assist with recruitment, screening, interviewing, hiring and orientation of new employees.
• Maintain applicant logs and personnel files.
• Assist payroll and benefits administration and reconcile records.
• Record associate information including compensation, attendance, and evaluations.
• Ensure confidentiality of personnel records.
