Responsibilities

• Advise on HR policies, employee relations, and workforce development.
• Coordinate credentialing activities for providers and students.
• Administer benefits programs and manage leave (FMLA, ADA, disability).
• Ensure regulatory reporting and compliance (OSHA, ACA, ERISA/5500, EEO-1).
• Generate HR reports to support planning and decisions.
• Support HR programs and process improvements across the organization.
• Promote confidentiality and professional accountability in all HR activities.
